Registration Information

Registration for CLC2021 is now closed.

Access links and delegate passwords for online access have now been emailed out to the email address used for registration. There is one email for each day of the conference for which you are registered. Please check your junk folder if you have not received them, and get in contact if you have any issues.

If you have any questions about your registration or access to the conference, please contact us as soon as possible:

For information, below are the registration packages and costs for CLC2021. Sadly, running a conference in the UK is not free, and we have various costs from within and outside the University that we need to cover.

  • Full registration (3 day attendance, online and/or in person): £150
  • Full registration (concession rate for postgraduate/unwaged/those otherwise lacking financial means or support): £100
  • Day 1 (2 September) only: £60
  • Day 2 (3 September) only: £60
  • Day 3 (4 September) only: £45

Each registration package includes attendance and catering at the in person event (these costs are being subsidised by the university), as well as access to the virtual platform online and a delegate pack (posted to online attendees). No package includes accommodation, which must be booked separately.

Those who registered after the 12 August deadline will still receive their delegate packs, although this will now be delayed, and while we will do our best to get them out to you, you may not receive them until after the conference (please let us know if you haven’t received yours by the end of the conference and we can look into its progress).

Please visit this page for details on the blended format. The registration fee is the same for online or in person attendance, with the ‘in person’ costs being subsidised to keep it as in line as possible with the virtual costs associated with providing access to the live sessions online. This is being done in order to ensure as much parity as possible between in person and virtual participation, and to enable delegates to maintain as much flexibility as possible in the uncertain circumstances.
